INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Do you thrive building relationships and exceeding targets?  Simmal Ltd is looking for a talented Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team!

At Simmal we are a passionate and driven team committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.  You’ll play a key role in understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations by providing exceptional sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Generate quotes, follow-up and close
  • Process and manage internal sales orders
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental sales targets

Skills and Experience

Although sales experience is an advantage, it is not a requirement for the ideal person.

  • A personable and intuitive telephone manner
  • An understanding of relationship selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with people
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
